Kamppi Helsinki is a shopping centre located in the downtown of Helsinki and at the core of what it means to be a Helsinkian. The shopping centre, opened in 2005, has almost 120 stores, restaurants, cafes, and other services - Kamppi Helsinki is a natural meeting point that encompasses the good in what is known as city living. We at Kamppi wish to do our part at creating the moments, events, and phenomena through which a city is born. Our stores, restaurants, and services aim to make our city more interesting.
Kamppi Helsinki is the most popular shopping centre in downtown Helsinki. It had 24.8 million visitors and a revenue of 216 million euros in 2023. The anchor tenants in the shopping centre are Kortteli, MUJI, Calvin Klein, Clas Ohlson, Stadium, Normal, K-Supermarket ja Alko.
Kamppi Helsinki is owned by European Cities Strategy ECF (50%) as governed by Nuveen Real Estate, and Allianz Real Estate (50%) via several companies belonging to the Allianz Group. CBRE Finland Oy is responsible for the operational administration of the shopping centre.
